# Green Film Production in Germany

In this online workshop, students from the Digital Media Cultures and Film and Television Production BA programs at the Film University Babelsberg Konrad Wolf will present their research on green filmmaking in Germany. They will introduce green film funding policies, discuss what qualifies as green filmmaking and scrutinize if/how sustainable measures are put into practice. What are film crews willing to do to reduce their environmental footprint? Do they accept to eat vegan food and to travel by public transportation? And to what extend do regional German Film Funds launch or support initiatives to produce films in a more ecological-friendly way?
